The role
The Data Analyst Consultant will lead the design and development of high-quality data collection tools and support the management, analysis, and interpretation of complex program data for Last Mile Health’s Ethiopia Program.
What you'll do
- Support monthly monitoring and performance review processes
- Collaborate with MERL teams to troubleshoot data system issues
- Provide logistical and technical support for field-based data collection activities
- Troubleshoot mobile data collection tools in real time
- Enter, clean, validate, and maintain datasets in ODK databases
- Participate in data review meetings and resolve discrepancies
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in MERL
- Expert-level experience developing digital data collection tools using ODK and/or KoboToolbox
- Experience working with DHIS2
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience managing field data collection activities
