The role
This role involves building and owning a technical dashboard for integrating government data with the Jal Mitra App/Portal in Andhra Pradesh, India, and coordinating with government departments, platform vendors, and internal technical teams.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary on-ground point of contact with the AP RWS&S Department and Jal Mitra team
- Translate government requirements, data structures, and portal constraints into clear technical specifications
- Work closely with the consultant and dashboard developer to hand off requirements and ensure the HTML/JSON dashboard is built and iterated
- Drive end-to-end integration between EAII’s data and AP RWS&S / Jal Mitra government systems
- Coordinate with the platform vendor’s technical team to define and track the structured data-field handoff
- Support closure of the Asset ID, join-key reconciliation, and resolve outstanding column-naming mismatches
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in engineering, computer science, IT/data systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building web dashboards with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Comfort working with JSON data structures and REST-style API endpoints
- Prior experience liaising with Andhra Pradesh state government departments or systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Telugu and English, with Hindi as an added advantage
