The role

The Client Voices Promoter role involves supporting client engagement and feedback initiatives, working with IRC program staff, and collaborating with clients to ensure their feedback informs program planning and service improvements.

What you'll do

• Partner with IRC program staff to execute client satisfaction and feedback initiatives
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their feedback informs IRC program planning and service improvements
• Identify and implement preferred client engagement and feedback methods
• Act as a liaison between IRC and local refugee communities
• Support client participation in discussions with external partners
• Attend community events and workshops to maintain strong connections with refugee communities

What it takes

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Demonstrated experience working with refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, and/or immigrant populations
• Community outreach experience
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
