The role
The G-5 Audio-Visual Technician will support the ICC Court Hearings and various high-profile events by maintaining complex audio-visual solutions and equipment. Responsibilities include providing technical support, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring optimal performance of AV systems.
What you'll do
- Maintain highly complex audio-visual solutions and equipment
- Act as 2nd and 3rd level support and point of escalation for all supported systems
- Provide input to management for design and procurement of equipment
- Control the logistics and security of equipment going for repair and/or preventive maintenance
- Coordinate the work of 3rd parties and contractors for the delivery of AV infrastructure
- Assist end users with technical support queries

- Experience in deploying and maintaining broadcast quality cameras and robotics, satellite equipment and video teleconferencing equipment
- Knowledge and experience with DCN systems at engineering level
- Knowledge and experience in Audio-Video Switching and distribution and Crestron programming
- Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French
- Good communication skills and computer literacy
