The role

The National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation is seeking an attorney to join the Koch Associate Program (KAP) for the 2026-2027 term. The role involves representing individual workers in litigation concerning compulsory unionism, including drafting briefs, conducting legal research, and participating in cases before federal agencies and courts. Selected candidates will participate in a career accelerator program that combines experiential learning with high-level legal practice in Springfield, Virginia.
