The role
Support external partners to develop strategies in a rapidly changing environment – working with them to identify investment opportunities across new technologies and business models that can shift capital towards a low-carbon, nature-positive economic system.
What you'll do
- Support external partners to develop strategies in a rapidly changing environment
- Lead a team of other System Change Leaders and support them to thrive in their work
- Bring data together in a consistent way and perform analyses based on agreed questions for insights
- Develop long-lasting and collaborative relationships with project partners and stakeholders
- Provide strategic insights and develop practical solutions for successful transformations
- Support these partners in monitoring, evaluating, and communicating their business model, vision, and impact
What it takes
- Business international level of English (required) – both written and oral
- Demonstrable knowledge of Indonesia of capital markets & macroeconomic trends
- Ideally, a background in a corporate advisory firm or financial institution
- An understanding of trends across ESG, sustainable, and climate finance
- 5+ years of experience in a professional system change environment
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
