The role
The Asistente de Tecnología de la Información will support the operations of WFP in Bolivia, focusing on technology infrastructure and user support.
What you'll do
- Resolve end-user technology queries independently or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain technology equipment for users, including standard repair, configuration, and storage tasks.
- Install, set up, and maintain network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal service.
- Provide standard IT training to end-users to enhance their use of IT tools and systems.
- Support the implementation of new technological solutions to provide WFP staff with necessary tools for effective performance.
- Suggest improvements in methods and processes to continuously improve technology services.

- Experience in end-user support.
- Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
