Applications Support Analyst

The role

The Application Support Analyst position at the University of Cincinnati Foundation involves providing day-to-day support for enterprise business applications, including UKG and Blackbaud Financial Edge, and supporting routine enhancements and new functionality.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day support for assigned business applications
• Triage and manage application support requests
• Assist with configuration updates and user access requests
• Support testing and rollout of application changes
• Document application processes and support procedures
• Partner with business users and vendors

What it takes

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field
• Experience supporting business applications
• Experience with application support activities
• Working knowledge of application support practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, organizational, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage competing priorities
