The role
Contribute to the development, configuration, and testing of AI-enabled learning solutions, including RAG chatbots and personalized learning recommendation tools.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development, configuration, and testing of RAG chatbots and AI-assisted knowledge retrieval systems.
- Support the integration, structuring, and preparation of learning content and metadata for AI indexing.
- Participate in the design and testing of personalized learning recommendation mechanisms.
- Assist in prompt engineering, AI testing, response evaluation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze user needs and usage patterns to support the development of personalized learning experiences.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of metadata schemas and content governance practices.
