The role
Nava is seeking a Workday Administrator to focus on integrations, Studio development, and the Projects module. The role involves building and configuring Business Processes, administering security changes, and supporting data loads and integrations.
What you'll do
- Build and configure Business Processes within the architectural standards set by the HCM Manager
- Administer approved Workday security changes and perform periodic access reviews
- Build and maintain standard and custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
- Perform recurring data audits, validation, and reconciliation across Workday and connected systems
- Support data loads and mass data updates
- Monitor Workday releases and delivered functionality
What it takes
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
- Workday certification in HCM
- Demonstrated ability to build reports and configure Business Processes across multiple Workday modules
- Experience with data loads and data migration
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
