The role
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure & Operational Support Services to lead strategic initiatives and executive leadership for infrastructure and operational support capabilities.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for long-range property planning and WWP's strategic property acquisition vision
- Provide executive leadership for mission support resources and services
- Establish and lead an enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services
- Lead the enterprise real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, workplace planning, and management of programmatic and administrative properties
- Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and service delivery
- Shape the travel and event support strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences
What it takes
- Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations
- Ten years of experience overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services
- Eight years of senior leadership experience
- Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
