The role
The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as LISC's senior financial planning executive, providing strategic leadership for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, capital planning, and decision support.
What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team
- Lead enterprise forecasting and financial modeling
- Develop and present financial analyses and recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Lead the development of LISC’s annual operating and capital budgets
- Lead the advancement of FP&A capabilities through business intelligence and automation
- Assess financial risks and opportunities associated with lending and liquidity
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- CPA or Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A leadership
- Experience presenting directly to boards and senior executive teams
