The role
CBM Global is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate a change process called 'Building Together' aimed at accelerating the shifting of power to partners and project participants, increasing the impact of work, and generating efficiencies in systems and ways of working.
What you'll do
- Overall project management of the Building Together change process
- Leading and supporting the development of necessary systems, procedures, and processes
- Backstopping support to internal stakeholders
- Updating the Federation Operating model
- Finalizing a learning framework and leading the ongoing assessment of the change programme
- Facilitating learning and developing learning products, guides, tools, checklists, etc.
What it takes
- 5+ years of experience in senior management in international development or humanitarian organizations
- Experience leading successful organization change and transformation
- Experience designing, delivering, and leading systems level, programmatic approaches
- Strong understanding of localisation and approaches to achieving successful power shift
- Experience developing organizational processes and procedures, particularly related to grant management and the project cycle
- Experience working in a Federated organization
