The role
Support the Training Team with the administration, logistics, finance, communication, evaluation, procurement and overall coordination of training programmes in Syria.
What you'll do
- Manage communications with training participants
- Assist in the planning, budgeting, logistics, administration, and management of the training programme
- Interface with internal support staff and stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Advertise training courses and assist in the preparation of attendance rosters
- Assist in the preparation, compilation, recording, and filing of post-training reports and evaluations
What it takes
- 1+ year of experience working with International NGOs in the administrative field
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent working knowledge of English and Arabic languages
- Demonstrable experience in administration, logistics, budgeting and procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least one year of experience working as a training assistant/coordinator, or operations Assistant
