The role
Coordinate and lead TeamUp activities for children in crisis and emergency shelters in West-Netherlands, including organizing and supervising volunteers, ensuring the well-being of children, and maintaining the quality of activities.

What it takes
- Relevant education and experience in psychomotor therapy, dance and movement therapy, pedagogy, education, sports, games, or movement
- Experience in organizing and executing psychosocial activities for children and youth
- Experience in coordination; experience in supervising volunteers is a plus
- Good social skills in interacting with children
- Trauma-sensitive work
- Fluency in Dutch (A2 level) and English, additional languages are a plus
