The role
Family Service Association is seeking full-time Therapeutic Mentors to work in the Fall River MA area, offering a flexible schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 structured strength-based supportive services
- Support, coach, and train youth in age-appropriate behaviors
- Facilitate functional skill-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Work a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible hours between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field
- Good driving record, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency encouraged
- Pass CORI and CPS background checks
