What you'll do
- Provide management, guidance, and technical oversight of the development and implementation of food assistance and cash transfers for the RAPID project within the Sudan CP
- Effectively manage talent for food assistance staff and supervise team dynamics and staff well-being
- Lead the development of program learning and facilitate the dissemination of promising practices and lessons learned
- Contribute to the proactive pursuit of opportunities for new funding
- Oversee emergency technical assistance and capacity strengthening activities
- Ensure timely and appropriate project expenditures in line with financial plans
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, International Relations or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant field-based project management
- Experience working in the Sudan context is desired
- Experience managing moderately complex projects
