The role
The Biosecurity Fellowship Manager will lead the development and implementation of a new fellowship programme to enhance biosecurity expertise in the UK system.
What you'll do
- Understand and assimilate the strategic context in which the Fellowship would operate
- Create roadmaps for delivery of the Fellowship
- Draft and drive the implementation of the strategic plan for the Fellowship
- Ensure SMT and other key stakeholders understand and can mitigate key risks, challenges and opportunities
- Deliver the Fellowship at all stages from advertisement, selection, onboarding and delivery
- Conduct a formal evaluation of the pilot

- Proven record of delivering high-quality programmes under short deadlines
- Skilled in rapidly building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners
