What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CRS Uganda strategies
- Provide technical solutions to CP teams

- Lead the design, implementation, and technical oversight of strategic initiatives
- Contribute to technical communications, visibility, and thought leadership efforts
- Establish and maintain relationships with donors and peer organizations
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Climate Change, Forestry, Agroforestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum of eight years relevant international working experience
- Previous experience providing technical assistance and developing successful proposals for external donor funding
- Master's Degree in Climate Change, Forestry, Agroforestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Environmental Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to convene, coordinate, and facilitate complex multi-stakeholder consultations and partnerships
- Fluent English, working proficiency in local language is a plus
