The role
The Technical Advisor II – Climate Change & Landscape Restoration will provide strategic technical leadership and support across program design, business development, implementation, learning, and evidence generation in Uganda.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CRS Uganda strategies
- Provide technical solutions to CP teams
- Support adaptive management and the use of evidence and learning
- Lead CRS Uganda's technical efforts to position and grow its Climate Change and Landscape Restoration portfolio
- Contribute to technical communications, visibility, and thought leadership efforts
- Contribute to capacity strengthening initiatives
What it takes
- Demonstrated application of technical principles and concepts
- Experience in business development, project design and proposal development
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, facilitation and training
- Experience with program monitoring and evaluation
- Fluent English
- Working proficiency in local language is a plus
