The role
Impact Justice is seeking a highly experienced people manager to run the day-to-day operations of the Homecoming Project team and support the Technical Assistance program.
What you'll do
- Directly supervise THP program staff across sites
- Oversee day-to-day operations of THP
- Support the team in the development and maintenance of work plans
- Partner closely with the Director to ensure staff are informed and aligned
- Represent THP in internal and external meetings
- Contribute to program assessment, data, and planning
