Supports fixed site operations at The American Red Cross as a team lead/charge, coaching and mentoring blood collection staff while performing phlebotomy duties.

- Coach, mentor, instruct, and be a point of resource for blood collection staff

What it takes
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience (18 months to four years of work experience in a related field)
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in environments with public interaction
- Phlebotomy experience is required

- A current valid driver's license and good driving record may be required
