The role
Supporting children and young people who are using and involved with substance use, including managing caseloads, engaging in community settings, conducting assessments, and delivering interventions.
What you'll do
- Managing a caseload of children and young people in the northwest of Oxfordshire
- Engaging with young people in various settings such as schools, colleges, partner agencies, and community venues
- Conducting specialist assessments, care planning, and delivering evidence-based psychosocial interventions through one-on-one appointments, groups, and online sessions
- Collaborating with partner agencies to support positive changes for young people
