The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is seeking a Systems Support Administrator to provide technical support across its diverse IT environment, including computers, mobile devices, enterprise applications, and museum-specific technologies.
What you'll do
- Provide responsive technical support through ROM's IT Help Desk
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, mobile devices, peripherals, and end-user software
- Support enterprise applications and infrastructure
- Maintain and troubleshoot specialized museum technologies
- Assist with local area network and system administration
- Coordinate technical problem-solving with internal colleagues, external vendors, and service providers
