The role
The Sustainable Trade and Market Partnership Analyst will support the implementation of Output 2 under the FAST Project to strengthen sustainable trade, market access, certification recognition, and international partnerships.
What you'll do
- Provide technical advisory and coordination for sustainable trade initiatives
- Develop strategies and studies related to market access and certification recognition
- Coordinate with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and international buyers
- Oversee the implementation of Output 2 activities
- Support project management unit in planning and coordinating project activities
What it takes
- Advanced university degree (master’s) in Economics, International Trade, Business Administration, Public Policy, Sustainable Development, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in developing and executing strategies related to sustainable trade/market access/commodity value chains/private sector engagement
- Experience working within the palm oil and/or cocoa sectors in Indonesia
- Solid technical understanding of trade policy/international sustainability standards/supply chain due diligence regulations
- Proven track record in organizing, coordinating, or facilitating high-level business dialogues, trade missions, investment forums, or multi-stakeholder knowledge-sharing events
