The role

The Gender Analyst position is responsible for ensuring gender equality and women's empowerment are effectively mainstreamed across project components in Yemen’s Integrated Resilience and Governance Programme.

  • Lead the integration of gender equality and women's empowerment across all project components
  • Provide technical guidance on gender-sensitive programming
  • Develop capacity-building programs for project staff

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in Gender Studies, Social Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years (with master’s degree) or 4 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
