The role
IPAS Services is seeking a Support Worker / Trainee Manager to join their team in Cork City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for progression.
What you'll do
- Engage positively and professionally with people residing within the accommodation service
- Support residents with day-to-day tasks and provide practical assistance where required
- Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, external professionals and other stakeholders
- Provide front-of-house support, including reception duties, welcoming visitors and responding to general queries
- Complete general administration duties, record keeping and documentation
- Support the Centre Manager and management team with operational tasks as required
