The role
To support the Supply Chain function in line with World Vision’s procedures, manage sourcing and negotiation with suppliers, and ensure timely implementation of programs/projects.
What you'll do
- Participate in developing Functional Strategy through understanding and capturing stakeholders’ needs.
- Establish and communicate priorities based on customer needs.
- Execute Market Assessment and Supplier Pre-Qualification process as per the set guidelines.
- Manage RFQ/RFP/RFI process including baselines & price survey methodologies.
- Receive incoming Purchase Requisitions (Pending Buyer Action) and verify specifications.
What it takes
- University degree in Business Administration, Procurement or similar degree
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferably 3 years or more)
- Knowledge and practical experience in Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
- English /Intermediate level at least/ and Mongolian written and oral communication
- Able to work with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Provision system
