The role
The FA's Grassroots Division is seeking an Impact Manager to develop and implement a national impact framework for grassroots football, ensuring clear evidence of the difference football makes locally and nationally.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement a new national impact framework
- Lead the evolution of The FA's Social Return on Investment (SROI) model
- Support County FAs in embedding impact measurement
- Build capability in monitoring and evaluation for County FA teams
- Define and track key impact domains
- Work closely with Research & Insight and Digital Technology teams
