The role
The Digital and Supply Chain Management Solutions Senior Manager will provide strategic leadership for World Vision Mongolia’s Supply Chain Management and Digital/ICT functions.
What you'll do
- Develop integrated SCM and Digital/ICT strategies aligned with WV Mongolia’s strategy.
- Provide oversight of the end-to-end SCM cycle - sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, logistics, inventory, fleet, fixed assets, and supplier performance management.
- Advise on strategic issues related to digital systems and platforms ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent the Supply chain and Digital solutions team in Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings.
- Serve as the strategic liaison and primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain management or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership or management experience in supply chain, digital systems, or related functions within World Vision or comparable development organization
- A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in ICT and Supply Chain management are strongly preferred.
