The role

The National Trust is seeking an experienced Buildings Supervisor to manage building maintenance work and small to medium-sized projects across the South Downs.

What you'll do

  • Organise and manage building maintenance work and small to medium-sized projects up to £200,000
  • Handle day-to-day repairs for residential, agricultural, and commercial buildings
  • Support and develop relationships with contractors
  • Oversee risk management in the delivery of projects
  • Investigate and advise on remedial works to properties

  • Sound understanding of relevant construction legislation, managing key risks such as asbestos and electrical safety
