The role
The Subnational Shelter & NFI Cluster Coordinator will lead and facilitate the inter-agency coordination of shelter and non-food items (NFI) activities in Kharkivska Oblast, Ukraine, ensuring a consistent and effective humanitarian response.
What you'll do
- Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings in Kharkiv
- Ensure the cluster coordination forum is inclusive of all relevant stakeholders
- Act as a focal point for partners to coordinate their activities
- Support the development and implementation of the Shelter/NFI Cluster’s strategies and plans
- Facilitate joint needs assessments and analysis at the oblast level
- Promote the application of agreed technical standards and best practices among Shelter/NFI actors

- A minimum of a BA in International relations, Humanitarian assistance, Social/political science, Sociology or similar
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the Humanitarian reform process and the role of the humanitarian community
