The role

World Vision is seeking a Strategy & Integrated Programs Director to lead the implementation of the organization's Strategy and Integrated Programme Director model in Niger, focusing on the holistic wellbeing and resilience of children, families, and communities.

What you'll do

  • Lead and strategically manage internal and external relationships with national, regional, and global partners, donors, sector technical networks, and support offices.
  • Lead the implementation of World Vision Niger’s Strategy and delivery model and programming.
  • Ensure operational and programmatic planning and implementation, and drive innovation and succession processes.
  • Ensure programs and projects meet stakeholders’ and participants’ accountability in line with World Vision’s policies and standards.
  • Foster operational and programmatic planning and implementation, ensuring operational effectiveness and driving action for sustainability and evidence of impact.
