The role

The Statewide Partnership Development Manager (SPDC) is responsible for building and coordinating cross-sector partnerships to support family support services across 11 Regional Network Hubs in California. The role focuses on aligning service providers, creating effective referral pathways, and reducing service duplication for immigrant families. This position facilitates communication among stakeholders, provides technical assistance to partners, and analyzes data to improve service delivery systems. The manager ensures that culturally responsive support systems are efficiently implemented across the state.
