The role
The ACLU is seeking a Staff Attorney, Senior Staff Attorney, or Senior Counsel to join its Immigrants’ Rights Project for a 2-year term-limited position. The successful candidate will conduct impact litigation in federal and state courts, manage a substantial caseload, and engage in policy advocacy to defend immigrant rights. This role involves legal research, drafting briefs, conducting evidentiary hearings, and supervising junior staff. This is a collaborative position that requires a strong commitment to civil liberties and the ACLU's mission.
