What you'll do
- Provide crisis support and side by side interventions
- Provide mobile crisis interventions
- Provide follow up and follow along supports
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
- Provide short term case management supports
What it takes
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
- Experience working with adults, families, or children with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation
