The role
The Senior Learning Manager, Digital Learning & Content will lead the design, development, and deployment of digital and virtual learning experiences for nonprofit leaders and staff, focusing on creating engaging, application-oriented online courses and virtual programs.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of high-quality learning experiences
- Apply adult learning principles to translate learning objectives into engaging experiences
- Design and develop asynchronous online courses and virtual learning experiences
- Guide internal stakeholders and subject matter experts through the instructional design process
- Supervise, coach, and mentor learning designers and facilitators

What it takes
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, learning and development, digital learning, curriculum development, or related fields
- Experience working with nonprofit leaders and staff
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and demonstrated ability to apply it in practice
- Significant experience designing and developing asynchronous online courses and digital learning experiences
- Experience designing and facilitating engaging virtual learning experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
