The role
The Sponsorship Information Officer is responsible for supporting sponsorship operations by administering activities related to the HOPE system and developing tools for monitoring RC presence and wellbeing.
What you'll do
- Develop monitoring and evaluation plan and tools for RC presence, participation, and basic welfare.
- Support PLA and FGD baseline survey and assessment.
- Train project staff on SIS (HOPE) and basic sponsorship knowledge and skill.
- Process and input CH, CMS, Child Participation, Child and family support into HOPE.
- Ensure the validity of data input into HOPE.
What it takes
- Experience in operating database and data processing application such as excel and access.
- Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Simple troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar to mobile device with android operating system.
- Data-based analysing and reporting.
