The role
The Spécialiste Suivi-Évaluation will support the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, data management, and reporting activities for a regional energy security project in Côte d'Ivoire.
What you'll do
- Support the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, data management, and reporting activities
- Contribute to the update of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and availability of data
- Participate in data collection, analysis, validation, and consolidation
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and dashboard production
- Support the design, planning, and monitoring of surveys, studies, and evaluations
What it takes
- Bac+4/5 in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Demography, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, or project performance measurement
- Experience in indicator development and monitoring, data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation tools, reporting, and database management
- Experience with international donor-funded programs is an asset
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Initiative and results-oriented
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Fluency in French; English is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools
