The role
The Social Behavior Change (SBC) Team Leader is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing technical and operational support to a team of eight SBC Educators. The role involves planning, monitoring, and reporting on community-based social and behavior change activities.

- Previous experience in team supervision or field team leadership
- Good understanding of community-based health promotion, social and behavior change approaches, community engagement, and referral mechanisms
- Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
