The role

The SLCP Resource Mobilization Specialist will provide strategic support to the Brazilian Ministry of Environment and Climate Change to secure funding for Short-Lived Climate Pollutant (SLCP) mitigation initiatives. The role involves developing resource mobilization strategies, identifying potential donors, and drafting compelling project proposals and concept notes. The specialist will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align fundraising efforts with national climate targets and the goals of the Climate and Clean Air Coalition. This position requires active engagement with bilateral, multilateral, and private-sector partners to strengthen the financial sustainability of Brazil's climate agenda.
