The role

The Associate, Investor Relations will manage the full fundraising cycle, including debt, equity, and grant capital, while preparing high-quality investment memoranda and financial models. This role requires building and maintaining a fundraising pipeline and ensuring proactive stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end process of securing capital and managing due diligence to support the organization's mission of empowering smallholder farmers. This is a high-ownership position for an experienced professional capable of managing multiple complex processes simultaneously.
