Senior Recruiter

The role

GiveWell is seeking one or more Senior Recruiters to lead the identification and hiring of high-level research staff. The role involves developing creative sourcing strategies, analyzing recruitment data to optimize assessment processes, and managing full-cycle hiring. You will partner closely with the research leadership team to uphold a rigorous competence bar for roles that are highly competitive and specialized.
