The People & Culture Manager will manage the operational delivery of People & Culture activities for a country programme, overseeing recruitment, contract management, staff supervision, and policy compliance.

- Oversee all national staff and consultant recruitment and selection process

- Ensure compliance with HR system administration, accurate and timely data
- Provide direct supervision to reporting staff
- Coordinate P&C issues with partners and government as required

- Minimum five years of professional experience in Human Resources with international organizations
- Strong experience in staff management and supervision
