The role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Officer for its Transformation Portfolio Management team to support global organizational evolution. What you'll do

  • Coach Project Managers on transformation delivery lifecycles and project tooling.
  • Provide governance support for steering groups and portfolio progress meetings.
  • Oversee change request procedures and impact assessments across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders to facilitate delivery.

What it takes

  • Considerable experience in a PMO or portfolio management role.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of structured project methodologies like PRINCE2, APM, or PMI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language skills (French, Spanish, Arabic) considered a plus.
