The role

The Clinical Team Manager will lead and support a front-line team of therapeutic practitioners, including Systemic Therapists, Counsellors, and Play Therapists, within the Supporting Smiles children's mental health service. This role involves providing clinical supervision, managing waiting lists, and carrying a personal clinical caseload to ensure the delivery of high-quality psychological interventions. The successful candidate will foster a collaborative team environment while working with external stakeholders to support children and young people aged 4-18.
