What you'll do
- Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders
- Advise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements
- Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments, financings and other corporate initiatives
- Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters
- Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures

- Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address over-the-horizon risks
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidance
- Bachelor's degree and J.D.; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant in-house experience
