The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to support the financial sustainability of Planned Parenthood affiliates. This role involves preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team and other governance bodies, and supporting affiliate discussions by translating financial data into actionable recommendations.

- Perform comprehensive financial analyses of affiliate performance, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and operating results.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Support implementation and administration of the Enhanced Financial Monitoring Program (EFMP).
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably with a 501c(3) organization.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic, results-driven, high-performing team.
