The role

Think of Us is seeking a Senior Director of Finance & Operations to lead and strengthen the organization’s finance and business operations infrastructure, focusing on strategic financial leadership, operations, governance & compliance, and team management.

What you'll do

Set the vision for a forward-looking, mission-aligned finance function
Lead the development and implementation of integrated budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning models
Oversee and continuously strengthen key organizational operations, including finance and organizational operations
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain financial records
Manage and mentor a small but high-performing Finance team
Partner cross-functionally to operationalize systems and processes
