The role
The Senior Director of Finance, North America Region is responsible for financial strategy and management across multiple divisions within TNC’s North America region.
What you'll do
- Serve as a strategic thought leader and partner for EVP of North America, Caribbean and Micronesia
- Effectively collaborate with divisional and business unit leadership teams
- Be responsible for financial management including developing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Play a key role in important strategic financial initiatives
- Provide strategic financial planning & analysis support for major conservation projects and programs
- Implement strategic, integrated, and collaborative approaches to quarterly forecasting
